Randy has extensive experience in both sales leadership and management. He has held senior management positions for a large publicly-traded company, closely held private companies and a successful family business.

Randy has a track record of helping to lead organizations to the next level. His career experience includes holding senior management positions at a leading multi-billion dollar service company. He has also established and successfully led a small business from start-up to exit.

Randy currently serves as the President of the Upstate Capital Association. He’s also a board member for multiple private companies and Junior Achievement of Western New York. Randy is the Founder of Buffalo’s First Thursday Business Networking and is actively involved in Upstate New York and Southern Ontario business communities.

Brittany Mazurkiewicz

Brittany has spent the last 10 years in employee development and on-boarding. Brittany has successfully recruited, hired, trained, and promoted multiple associates and leaders for a multi-billion dollar, Fortune 50 company, and oversaw the recruitment process for a global company.

Brittany’s passion for her community, building key relationships and connecting individuals has led to her success. Brittany has created, implemented, and led internship programs. Darrell Porter

Darrell has over 10 years of experience working in digital marketing and social media management. He has spent the last five years working for a local college where he managed the institution’s social media outlets while providing writing expertise and video production. Darrell's expertise for social media and film are evident by his 2.5 million views across his social media platforms.

Prior to working in the marketing industry, Darrell was a corporate trainer in the financial field and was responsible for hiring and onboarding over 2,500 associates. As a trainer, Darrell created the organization’s training manual and established a new hire continuing education program.

Greyden Peterson

Greyden recently graduated from the State University of New York College at Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, concentration in Sport Sales and Marketing. During his time at SUNY Cortland, he was a member of the Sport Management Club and National Society of Leadership and Success.

Greyden completed an internship where he was the Director of Marketing for the Cortland Crush, he assisted the team with social media, sales, and marketing to increase brand awareness. Greyden also volunteered with Syracuse University and Watkins Glen International with their marketing teams for events.

Phil Mulé has over 30 years of B2B sales and sales leadership experience, with over 15 of those years in sales management and associate development. Phil has successfully led the turnaround of over 5 under-performing sales organizations, across multiple geographies and business segments.

Phil has recruited, hired, trained and promoted dozens of sales associates and managers. He has successfully created and implemented multiple sales processes across business units he has led including but not limited to: strategic multi-channel selling, steps of a sale, client-based selling, phone canvassing, objection handling, and more.

Chris has over 20 years of inside and outside sales experience. Chris has spent the last four years running his own small business, where he has learned all the traits necessary to effectively manage and operate a successful company.

Chris has successfully led and operated omnichannel marketing campaigns in targeted demographic areas to increase revenue and exposure. He has successfully built key partnerships that have allowed him success in multiple sales roles. Chris has hired, trained, and managed over 20 sales professionals.

Frank Williams

Frank has over 20 years of inside and outside sales and leadership experience in a variety of industries. He has spent time developing sales teams and has achieved the highest sales goals for his organization. Frank has also helped grow his previous sales team by 20+ team members in less than two years.

Benjamin Carmichael

Ben is a current undergraduate student at the University at Buffalo with a concentration in marketing. Ben is from LeRoy, New York where he lived before going to college. He has held various roles in the food industry and most recently worked with a local car dealership where he worked in sales part-time and sold close to 100 units in a year.

Since taking an internship with Revlet Sales, Ben has a 40-day appointment streak and has set over 80 appointments for the outside sales team.

John Koeppel

John Koeppel is the lead outside counsel to Revlet Sales. As a partner and head of private equity at Lippes Mathias, John has successfully structured and closed over 200 deals. He’s advised on deals between $5MM and $250MM+ in a wide range of industry sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, technology, and business services.

John is also active in the Western New York community and has been for his entire legal career. As a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, John is also active in several other organizations and boards. He’s a Vistage Trusted Advisor, and member of the Upstate Capital and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Business Solutions Manager

Bonnie Data

Bonnie has over 20 years of diverse business experience ranging from sales and marketing to investment banking. Prior to joining the Revlet team, Bonnie spent five years operating her own small business consulting company in the Buffalo area. In that role, she offered operations, marketing, CRM, and other business development services to companies in several different industries.

Bonnie has extensive experience in investment banking and volunteered for Conscious Capital NEO to help grow and align businesses culturally. Additionally, Bonnie had a very successful direct sales business for over a decade where she sourced, trained and developed a sales force to provide in-home demonstrations. During that time Bonnie was recognized as one of the top contributors in both training/development and personal sales.

Ryan Bianchi

Ryan has over four years of experience in foodservice and sales, being promoted into leadership roles within the companies he worked for. Ryan has gained recognition for being a top appointment setter and most closed deals in a month in his current role as a sales consultant.

Before working at Revlet Sales, Ryan attended St Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and Williamsville North. Ryan played hockey for school and multiple travel teams. He also was a member of the rowing team at St. Joseph’s.
