The winners of the 2023 award were selected based on employee engagement surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. The surveys measure factors such as team effectiveness, alignment with goals, manager effectiveness, work engagement, among other significant metrics. To ensure statistically sound results, companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation based on the total number of employees. More than 90 percent of Revlet Sales’ associates took part in the voluntary survey indicating a strong level of engagement and commitment to the organization.
